G. C. Foster College- Smith played two years on the volleyball team as a setter. She also played four years of netball and basketball.  In 2004, she was named the athlete of the year.

Herbert Morrison Technical- Smith played netball from 1997-2002 where she was named MVP twice.  Smith also played soccer from 1998-2000.

Personal- Daughter of Patsy Forde.  Criminal justice major.  Played on the Jamaica U21 basketball team.  Also played netball for Jetsetters and Pacersetters Youth Club.
