(October 13, 2009) The Mercy College womens soccer team notched three-straight home victories with a 3-0 East Coast Conference shut out over St. Thomas Aquinas College Tuesday afternoon on Mercy College Field. Womens Soccer Mavericks Post 3-2 Victory Over Deacons
DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. -- The Mercy College womens soccer team posted their second-consecutive home victory with a 3-2 win over visiting Bloomfield College on Monday afternoon at Mercy College Field. Junior Delmara Reece (Yonkers, N.Y.) scored two goals in the Mavericks win to tally four goals in just three games played this season.

Mavericks Soccer Loses 8-2 At Dowling
OAKDALE, N.Y. The Mercy College womens soccer team could not overcome a three-goal Dowling lead in the first half as the Mavericks lost 8-2 in their first conference game of the season on Saturday in Oakdale. With the loss the Mavericks fall to 1-4 on the season, while the Golden Lions advance to 5-2.
