Women’s Lacrosse Running Clothing Drive Until Thursday, Dec. 15; Looking for Donations

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Dec. 13, 2011) – Mercy College Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Francesca DeLorenzo announced that her squad is collecting bags of clothing, linens and shoes to support A&E Clothing Corporations' mission. The items collected will go to the citizens of third-world countries. Items can be dropped off in Coach DeLorenzo's office from now until Thursday, December 15 at 2:00 p.m.

The Mavericks' goal is to amass 100 bags of clothing and so far, the team has 78.

"Every bag we collect will get us closer to our goal, and even the smallest donation will make a difference," DeLorenzo said.
