Danbury HS: Participated in three sports...On the basketball court she averaged 10.8 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game for coach Jackie DiNardo...After earning All-FCIAC Honorable Mention in 2005, Ward followed up with an All-FCIAC Second-Team selection in 2006...She also earned the Sportsmanship Award for three consecutive years...Was a weak-side hitter with the volleyball squad, garnering All-FCIAC Second Team honors in 2006, and competed in throws and events with the track and field team, earning All-FCIAC and All-State accolades.
