Dr. Bullock is in his 31st year at the helm of Mercy's cross country programs. He has seen his teams participate in nineteen NCAA Division II regional championships, and had two male individuals capture the New York Collegiate Athletic Conference men's championship. In 2002, he became coach of the college's varsity track and field teams.

As the athletic department's longest tenured coach, he has been an invaluable part of the program. When he's not helping his runners strive for their personal best, he can be found in Mercy's athletic department office, where he plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the department. He was named Interim Business Manager for the Athletics Department in September of 2007, after serving the College in many capacities, including Assistant to the Athletics Director. His most recent responsibilities have been in the area of budget development and review. He is the point person for all NCAA survey and study requests, and he continues to be involved as a Student Athlete Advisory Committee advisor.

Dr. Bullock also coached track and field at neighboring Our Lady of Victory Academy for five years where his teams compiled a 31-5 record, including four conference titles.

Dr. Bullock is a 1973 graduate of Mercy College where he majored in history and minored in psychology. His Masters and Ph.D. are in political science, specializing in United States foreign policy and human rights. He has served the College as Registrar and as Director of Planning & Institutional Research.

Dr. Bullock and his wife, Melissa, currently reside in Yonkers, NY.
