2007-08: In cross country season at the Fordham Invitational, he finished the course in 35:07…Finished the 8k course at the CT College Invitational with a time of 31:56…At the Albany Invitational he finished the 8k course in 33:31.

2006-07: Kicked off cross country at the Connecticut College Invitational running the 8k in 31:46...Beat his own time in the 8k at the St. Rose Invitational with 31:31...In indoor track & field ran the distance medley and placed fourth in the ECC.

2005-06: Finished 20th in the 1500 meter at the DeSales meet...Placed 22nd at the USMMA meet in the 3000 meter...At the Last Chance Meet placed 35th in the 1500 meter.
Babylon- Participated in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field for four years under coach Augustine...Named All-League in 2002-2003 and 2003-2004...Was a state qualifier in 2001 and 2003.
