2007-08: Kicked off cross country season at the Fordham Invitational with a time of 35:49 on the 8k course…At the Connecticut College Invitational he clocked in with a time of 33:07…At the Brooks Paul Short Cross Country run he finished the 8k course with a time of 32:53…Finished fourth among Mercy harriers with a time of 32:42 at the Albany Invitational…Posted a time of 34:42 at ECC Championships…Put up a time of 33:34 at ECAC/IC4A Championships.

2006-07: Finished the 8k in cross country in 32:58 at the Connecticut College Invitational...Placed 23rd in the 8k with a time of 32:45 at the St. Rose Invitational...Ran a personal-best in the 8k at the Albany Invitational by running 32:08.7...In indoor track & field, competed in the 4x400 relay and ran the anchor leg to help the team finish with a time of 3:51.16 at the Fordham Opener...Finished 13th in the 800m at the Armory Open Masters...In outdoor track & field finished the 800m with a time of 2:06.96.

2005-06: Cross Country- Recorded season-best finish at the Golden Knights XC Joust, taking 46th in 33:28...Recorded a 53rd place finish at the conference championship meet and at the St. Joseph's Invitational he finished 88th.

Scarsdale Participated in both cross country and track and field for one year under Richard Clarck...Played six years of rugby.
