2007-08: Opened the cross country season at the Fordham Invitational with a time of 36:31…Finished the 8k course at the Brooks Paul Short Cross Country Run with a time of 32:46…Put up a time of 30:33.3 at the Albany Invitational on the 8000m course…Paced the Mavericks on the 8k course with a time of 31:35 at the ECC Championships…Finished the 10k course at NCAA Division II Regionals with a time of 40:23.6…At ECAC/IC4A Championships he put up a time of 30:46.

2006-07: Started off cross country by running the 8k in 29:45 at the Connecticut College Invitational...Ran a 28:30 in the 8k at the Iona Meet of Champions...Finished third in the 8k at the Albany Invitational...Finished the 10k at NCAA Regionals with a time of 39:27.8...Placed 10th in the 800m in indoor track & field at the Fordham Opener...In outdoor track & field ran the 1500m in 4:53.69 at the CTC Championships.

Goshen Central: Ran indoor track and field for five years...Ran cross country and outdoor track and field for four years...Holds school record in the 5K with a time of 15:23...Finished third in the NYS Class B Championships.
