2006-07- At the Connecticut College Cross Country Invitational he finished with a time of 30:10 in the 8k...At the Iona Invitational Meet of Champions, he ran a time of 30:15.3 in the 5k...Finished seventh in the 8k with a time of 28:54 at the Saint Rose Invitational...Took 25^th place at ECC Championships in the 8k with a time of 29:59.46...In the indoor season at the Fordham Opener, he ran a time of 2:56.2 in the 1000m run...Ran the mile in 5:00.47, good for 23^rd place, at the Yale Lidlifter...Placed 14^th in the 1000m with a time of 3:06.60 at the CTC Championships...In the outdoor season, he placed 21^st (2:17.36) at the Bryant University Invitational...Competed at the East Coast Conference Championships.

2005-06- Cross country- Finished 21^st at the St. Joseph's Invitational and 24^th at the NYCAC Championship.

Monroe-Woodbury- Participated in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field for four years...Named MVP of the track team all four years.
