2006-07- Finished the 8k in cross country in 32:58 at the Connecticut College Invitational...Placed 23rd in the 8k with a time of 32:45 at the St. Rose Invitational...Ran a personal-best in the 8k at the Albany Invitational by running 32:08.7...In indoor track & field, competed in the 4x400 relay and ran the anchor leg to help the team finish with a time of 3:51.16 at the Fordham Opener...Finished 13th in the 800m at the Armory Open Masters...In outdoor track & field finished the 800m with a time of 2:06.96.
2005-06- Cross Country- Recorded season-best finish at the Golden Knights XC Joust, taking 46th in 33:28...Recorded a 53rd place finish at the conference championship meet and at the St. Joseph's Invitational he finished 88th.
Scarsdale- Participated in both cross country and track and field for one year under Richard Clarck...Played six years of rugby.
