Cross Country/Track and Field

2006-07- In indoor track & field, he competed in the 60m and placed tied for third at the Fordham Opener...AT CTC Championships ran the 55m dash in 7.04 and ran the 200m dash in 25.32...At the Armory Open ran the 60m in 7.53 for 15^th place...In outdoor track & field he ran the 100m dash in 12.09 at the Bryant Invitational...Ran the 100m dash in 12.03 at CTC Championships...At ECC Championships ran the 100m dash in 11.88 for 24^th place...Finished 15^th at ECC Championships in the discus throw.

St. Catherine- Played both soccer and cricket for five years...Goalkeeper for the soccer team...Named Soccer Player of the Year in 2003.

Personal- Son of Fay Bonnick and Carl Spence...Journalism major...Played club soccer with Roodwood F.C., Shortwood F.C., Santon F.C., and Meadheaven United...Was an intern sports writer for The Gleaner Company in Jamaica...Also a member of the Mercy soccer team and played in all 17 games as the goalkeeper...Had a 1.51 goals against average with 98 saves in 2007.
