Thomas Cannariato and Katelyn Klobus Claim 
ECC Runner of the Week Honors
DOBBS FERRY, NY - Mercy College's Thomas Cannariato (Goshen, NY) has been named East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, and sophomore Katelyn Klobus (Averill Park, NY) earned ECC Women's Cross Country co-Runner of the Week honors.
Running in only his third collegiate race, Cannariato, a junior, led the men's team at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 28:30 to finish 117th out of 174 competitors on the five mile course at Van Cortlandt Park on Saturday. Klobus, a sophomore, led the women's team for a third straight outing, this time finishing the 3.7 mile course in a time of 26:40.
Mercy returns to action on Friday, October 6, at the College of St. Rose Joust, beginning at 4:00 pm.
