Athletics Cancels Remainder of 2009 Men's Tennis Schedule

April 3, 2009 DOBBS FERRY, NY - Mercy College Director of Athletics, Pat Kennedy, announced today that the remainder of the 2009 spring men's tennis schedule has been cancelled as a result of low participation on this year's team.

While the Mavericks will not compete this spring, full operation of the program is expected to resume in the fall of 2009 under the leadership of Head Coach Leaf O'Neal, who was hired in October of 2008.
