Armstrong Atlantic State carries a 26-3 overall record and has won 13 straight outings.  The Pirates captured the Peach Belt Conference title on April 22, and followed with 5-0 shutouts of Shaw and No. 25 Augusta State in NCAA Tournament First and Second round play.

The winner of this match will meet the winner of the St. Edwards (No. 15) versus Valdosta State (No. 5) match in the national quarterfinals on Thursday, May 9, at 9:00 a.m.
