David Kilpatrick has served as a volunteer assistant coach since 2007. He is also the Regional Commissioner of AYSO Region 324 (Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry and Hastings-on-Hudson) and player-coach of Dobbs Ferry Soccer Club in the Eastern District Soccer League. 

Kilpatrick is Associate Professor of Literature, Language and Communication at Mercy College.  He earned his BA in English and Philosophy at Slippery Rock University, his MA in Philosophy and PhD in Comparative Literature at Binghamton University.  He is a member of the International Association for the Philosophy of Sport and the Sport Literature Association. 

Previously, Kilpatrick was Head Coach of the boys modified and Assistant Coach of the boys varsity soccer programs at Canajoharie Central School District and Head Coach of the girls varsity soccer program at the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry.
