Sam Golubov Added to Mercy College Baseball Staff
Mercy College Director of Athletics Patricia Kennedy had announced that Sam Golubov has been added as an assistant coach for the baseball program. He will serve under second-year head coach Bob Greiner, and will work primarily with the infielders and with recruiting.

Mercy College baseball alumnus Brian Sweeney is back in Major League baseball, having been recently recalled by the Seattle Mariners.

Mercy Baseball Eliminated from ECC Championships With 7-3 Loss to Molloy
The #3 seed Mercy College baseball team had its season come to an end on Friday afternoon, dropping a 7-3 decision to Molloy in the East Coast Conference Championships. Mercy (19-28) has now lost to Molloy on back-to-back days, thus eliminating Mercy from the Championships.

Mercy College junior Matt Walsh was named to the Second Team All-East Coast Conference on Thursday, in a ceremony held at the Dowling College Sports Complex in Brookhaven, N.Y.
