2007- Led the Mercy pitching staff with 65 innings pitched and 53 strikeouts in 13 appearances, including 10 starts...Struck out five and allowed two earned runs in six innings during first start of the year versus Bloomfield (2/23)...Fanned seven batters in ECC opener versus Adelphi (3/24)...Posted a career-high 10 strikeouts in six innings during final outing of the year at Queens (5/5).

2006- Appeared in 20 games to lead the team with 74.1 innings pitched.... He pitched five complete games and recorded one win...Led Mercy with 45 strikeouts...He had a season-high nine strikeouts in the win over CCNY (3/28).

at Harrison- Played four years of baseball for coach Durrocco and coach Brogan...In 2005, received All-League honors, the Coach's Award and the Athletic Director's Award...That season he compiled a 9-2 with an ERA of 2.15, including 75 strikeouts in 66 innings of work.

Personal- Son of John and Marilyn Moreno...Education major...Played for the American Legion 19 and under team...Also played for Frozen Ropes, winning a Maine Tournament Championship.
