BRONXVILLE, NY - Concordia College defeated visiting Mercy by a score of 17-2, in a New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) baseball game on Wednesday, May 3. Mercy's record now stands at 5-34 overall and 3-21 in NYCAC action, while Concordia improved to 24-23 overall and 12-12 in league play.

Concordia quickly regained the lead though, batting around in the bottom of the third and taking advantage of a pair of Mercy errors to push across five runs that made the score 6-2.
The Clippers added two more runs in the fourth before erupting for six more in the fifth and three more in the seventh to put the game away.
