Mercy College Athletics Announces Schedule Changes for Baseball, Softball, and Men's Tennis
DOBBS FERRY, NY - The Mercy College athletics department has announced schedule changes for upcoming baseball, softball and men's tennis events.
The men's tennis team, ranked No. 39 in the nation, has rescheduled its match at Kutztown, ranked No. 31, for Sunday, April 15, at 1:00 p.m. The Flyers will next take on Dowling (at Stony Brook) on Tuesday, April 10, before playing host to Queens College on Thursday, April 12, in a match at the USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
The baseball team has moved its next contest versus St. Thomas Aquinas College on Wednesday, April 11, to a 2:00 p.m. start and it will be played at Rockland Community College. The Flyers have moved their doubleheader on Saturday, April 14, versus Dowling to a 2:00 p.m. start in Dobbs Ferry. Mercy has also rescheduled a home game against Bloomfield for Wednesday, April 18, at 3:30 p.m., and another home game versus Concordia for Friday, April 20, at 3:30 p.m.
The softball squad has moved its doubleheader versus Bridgeport on Saturday, April 14, to a 10:00 a.m. start in Dobbs Ferry. The Flyers are scheduled to play next at Post on Monday, April 9, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
