Efthalitsides experienced tremendous success while in New Rochelle, leading the Blue Angels to four conference championships, including two undefeated seasons in conference play in 2009 and 2014. For her successes, Efthalitsides was named Coach of the Year twice.

Efthalitsides experienced immediate success in New Rochelle, taking a 7-14 team in the year prior to her hiring and turning the Blue Angels into a 14-8 team that won a conference championship in her first season in 2009. In 2010, Efthalitsides led the Blue Angels to back-to-back conference tournament titles as they defeated St. Joseph's (Brooklyn) as the No. 2 seed.

After a two-year drought, Efthalitsides guided New Rochelle back to the winners circle in 2013, coaching the Blue Angels to an impressive 22-11 overall record as they secured their third conference championship under the leadership of Efthalitsides. In her final season as coach at New Rochelle, Efthalitsides oversaw a Blue Angels squad that went 25-8 and took home another HVIAC championship.

Prior to taking the reins at New Rochelle, Efthalitsides got her start in the college coaching ranks with a one-year stint at Nyack College as an assistant coach where she served as a technical advisor for the Warriors.

Efthalitsides' success can not only be found at the college level as she held the position of varsity head coach at The Ursuline School from 2006 to 2011 where she won two league titles and guided the team to sectionals all five years.

Efthalitsides also brings a strong administrative background to Dobbs Ferry, having served as the Senior Women Administrator (SWA) and Coordinator of Intramurals and Recreation at The College of New Rochelle. In her role, Efthalitsides oversaw the Wellness Center on campus, coordinated intramural programs and acted as the SAAC advisor. Efthalitsides also served as the softball coach and was responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the athletic department.

Efthalitsides currently also serves as the head coach and club director of Alpha Gamma Juniors Volleyball Club in Sleepy Hollow where she oversees all the day-to-day operations of the program.
